casual mommy and daughter ootd (styling long coats)

Hello! Yesterday I filmed a mommy and daughter outfit of the day. I layered up our winter basics for a casual/cozy/chic look. We were only going out for a few errands. I wanted something comfy for both of us and the best way to go for a day like yesterday was to wear the basics. I started off my outfit with the grey sweater then for comfort I went for a pair of black jeggings and my espadrilles. It was pretty cold so I layered a knitted scarf in the same tone as my espadrilles and finished off my look with a black long coat. I decided to keep the outfit neutral but was in the mood for a dark lip and cateye. For Isabellas outfit, I layered a camel tone coat over a grey sweater and added a fun pair of houndstooth printed leggings. the grey beanie with the camel tone and black faux fur tied the neutral colors together. Hope you enjoyed our quick video :) Thank you for stopping by my blog!

quick and natural makeup for moms on the go plus ootd

Happy Monday! Today I have a quick and natural makeup video for moms on the go. On those days when I have to run out of the door to do a couple of errands I go for this look. This makeup routine will take me about 10 minutes or less if I skip filling in my eyebrows. As I mentioned in my video, I took these outfit pictures about a month ago. I posted a picture in this sweatshirt as well on instagram but never got around to posting the outfit on my blog because I didn't really like how the pictures came out. Since I was getting ready fast for a day filled with errands I thought this graphic sweatshirt was perfect to wear. A pair of white converse is not only a huge trend specially in the blogging world but I think they are so comfy for moms. pink coat

coat / abrigo - Old Navy
tights / mayas - Forever21
faux fur scarf / bufanda - Target
bag / bolso - Michael Kors
booties / botas - Forever21
lipstick / lapiz labial - NYC "blue rose"

Happy Friday! It has been freezing cold but that only means one thing, time to take out cute trench coats in fun colors like the one that I wore yesterday. Underneath I am wearing a simple white shirt and black skater skirt. To add extra warmth, I wore my faux fur circle scarf, black tights and booties. I thought the look wasnt complete without a pink lip to match the tone of my coat. I decided to wear a pink bag as well to brighten up the look even more as opposed to wearing a black bag. I hope you enjoyed my latest youtube video. Thank you for visiting my blog! Have a great weekend.

Feliz viernes!
